Technology
Let Luxury Travel Network save you time managing your commissions, clients and bookings. Our state of the art software TravelConnect allows you to make and service bookings and even check your commissions from anywhere in the world via the internet. All vendor faxes are emailed and attached to your reservation in PDF format.
Marketing Support
You can take advantage of Virtuoso’s marketing program which includes having upscale marketing pieces produced for you on your behalf and sent via email or direct mail to your customers. These marketing materials will promote your name and agency to your clientele in an elegant and appealing style. We also offer a $2,000.00 coop to each of our members for direct mail marketing orders you place through our preferred printing vendor, Sproutloud. This bonus is our way of showing our appreciation and dedication to growing our business together.
Independent Contractors Annual Conference
We host an annual convention for all LTN members to attend. Our conference consists of two to three days of valuable training, vendor education sessions and open forum round table discussions between all agents. It's a great way to keep up on the travel industry and meet your fellow Luxury Travel Network members. Attendees will hear the latest product information and updates from top luxury cruise and tour vendors and have the unique opportunity to build relationships with their representatives. Toll Free Agent Support
Our staff is here to help you succeed. Luxury Travel Network has an extensive support staff with years of experience in the travel industry who can assist you when a unique problem or situation arises. Based on the situation, we can provide you with advice or direct intervention with the vendors giving you the peace of mind that someone is there to help when you need it most. Our team members get to know all of our LTN members on a personal level and are always available to help you out.
IATAN & CLIA ID Cards For Qualified Agents
All members who qualify under the requirements of IATAN can elect to be listed on our IATAN number and will receive a valid IATAN card or can choose to apply for a CLIA ID card. We are happy to help you set up your various registration cards as well as renew them for you.
E&O Insurance
Luxury Travel Network does not offer E&O Insurance. Why? There are only a couple of insurance companies that will cover "Independent Contractor Networks” as a blanket policy and the deductible per incident is usually $5,000! That is simply not the kind of coverage we want to market and offer our agents. If a competitor offers E&O coverage, ask them, "what is the deductible?" Luxury Travel Network supplies the necessary information you need to obtain E&O Insurance. The typical cost is about $350 annually and the deductible is usually $500 per incident.
